Wir wussten es ja schon länger, aber nun bestätigt es Roche-Pharmachef Burns: Novartis und Rochre sind keine Konkurrenten.

Die Fusionitis in der Pharmabranche geht weiter: nun hat Roche den Minderheitsaktionären von Genentech ein Übernahmeangebot gemacht. Am Desinteresse für die Zulassung von Avastin(R)/Bevacizumab für die AMD wird sich nichts ändern – dafür sorgt Novartis als 30%-Anteilseigner an Roche (genauer: 30% des stimmberechtigten Kapitals).
